Facilitators

With Ginevra Sanguigno—actress, zany dancer, clown outside the box, and Italo Bertolasi—body worker, shamanic culture researcher, from Clown One Italia www.clowns.it;
and Mariko Kanemoto—music therapist, social clown, tea ceremony and origami clown master, from Clown One Japan.

Why clown outside the box?

Because to be publicly joyful in every moment of your life does not need a box, a frame around it, does not need to be announced.

The clown costume facilitates connections, friendship, love; shows can 'be a moment of this connection,' it can facilitate, but cannot be the essence of our communication.

All people who want to change, to create better connections with themselves and the world are invited to enter the great family of clowns, where we are independent, where everyone can discover, through community moments, how to take our lives in our hands, to think with our own head, starting from our everyday life.

What will we do?

We Invite you to dance, jump, play, enjoy the beauty of nature around the Gesundheit Institute.
Our proposal is to hear every day: where is our body?
Where are the muscles of the legs of the soul and the soul, the heart of the feet, the energy of our back spine, the soul of the knees and the poetry of the eyes and muscles, the dance of the hands and hair; to create new ways to communicate and enjoy the time we spend together, to compose together the new gestures of the heart.

Every day, you will be asked to enter in your laughing, jumping, twirling, living body with training of basic movements: training based on jumps, and joyful rhythm games on the contact, including training that Ginevra's Butoh dance teacer 25 years ago in Japan; exercises to mess up hair, our daily actions, and invent new and fun; exercises in composition, where the body mixes ideas and everyday objects to create arrangements and short stories, based on our taking care of ourselves and the world.

The morning practice will alternate with other activities exploring how we take care of our bodies, the friends' bodies and the body of the Earth.

Theatre improvisation will wake up our inner juggler, and will help us to prepare our night of “Non-Talent Show !”

We will experiment the many way of the healing contact; for taking care of ourselves and the world.

Workshops with Italo Bertolasi, nodyworker, teacher of Tai Chi and Shiatsu in water, and Watsu Aichi—and creator of the practice of Ecopsychology "Inner Wilderness".

The ecological body

Our identity extends in depth as well as width and height, but we are know only a small part, the only one we have learned to recognize.

We are much more than what we believe to be. In the workshop "The Ecological Body", which is proposed within the week, you will embark on a path of intensive contact with self, with other participants in the group and with landscape to increase the awareness and the boundaries of "being in the world" and to recognize an active part in the process and evolution of life on Earth.

The wilderness with its elements will be experienced through original meditations that Italo developed after long pilgrimages in Asia.

Among the exercises will be the practice of Qi Gong instinctively ,drawn by the master When Zhong Yu, and walking meditation practiced , like the Japanese Yamabushi. Italo will propose a tree Taoist massages, walks at night and the bath under the falls and at the river , which is part of the ascetic practices and health-conscious Japanese. Along with other exercises centering body and creativity , Contact Dance ; to awaken our origin and get back to our ecological bodies .

For the evenings we will have different proposals :

1) Watching documentaries about clown missions in various charity projects in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Nepal and more.
2) Non-Talent Show !
3) Clown Tea Ceremony with and by Mariko Kanemoto
We invite you to make a proposal !
